Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original packaging and tags intact.

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or clearance reasons unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Please do not send items back without authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days after the return is received and inspected. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to personal reasons, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees unless otherwise stated.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, size, or color, please place a new order after completing the return process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide clear photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.

Non-Refundable Items

Gift cards, final sale items, and customized or personalized products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
